Secondary mode for Chalice and Blood Extractor to only supply to Evilcraft blood using tools

Short description:

It's somewhat annoying that whenever I need to work with buckets or tanks, I need to put my Chalice away. If I don't, every tank/bucket I pick up ends up filled with Blood.

Having a mode where these only fill blood using tools instead of all fluid containers would eliminate that hassle.
