Per recent discussions we should document a new multistage scoping process that cascades from the abstract (DDD) towards the concrete (implementation) with a well-defined set of intermediate stages (RFC, ADR, issue ticket) in between.
This will not only help stakeholders and developers to communicate but also act as constant reinforcement loop for any agents working in the development process.
