MIKE+ 2025 will soon be released, and there's some prep to be done:

Upload the 2025 installer to cicd_dependency branch
Upload the test actions (and publishing actions)
Update test database versions by running script
Check that tests pass
Update where required to fix tests
Update installation instructions
