Yarn install not working for VS version higher than 2017

When installing packages, due to the node-expat dependency of some package, it wants to install the node-gyp: ~7 dependency.

The version 7 supports Visual studio up to 2017, and in order to support newer versions we have to force the dependency to a higher version ~9.
