How to customize the scheduler?

This scheduler is just simple to use, every thing it has suits my requirements except one, I wanted this scheduler to allow me to schedule things for different things in one scheduler. Below is the snapshot for what I am looking for:-

I wanted something like this the names should be horizontal rather than vertical.
