What went well:

• Went pretty well despite disruptions
• Milton's first week! - familiarising himself with the code and digging deeper
• Hard first task for Milton (both good and bad)
• Designs are very detailed and helps for implementation: font system, ui/ux interactions and wireframes.
• New devs on board! team is growing feels good.
• Improved design processes

What we could do better:

• Brainstorming specific chat (action: do)
• Madusha ill :(
• Hashing is hell
• we had many iterations from design to implementation in some components (drop down -> modal -> drop down full screen).
  re designs implied re implementation of the components, and adaptation of the code.
• Iterative improvements on processes around implementing designs
• Lots to do
