Deaths to Create mod crusing wheel delete Simple Tomb inventory

Bug Description

Basicially just the title. Either it will spawn a tomb that gives you no items or a "No grave appeared as there were no items to be stored" message gets displayed.

This happens in a multiplayer server and in singleplayer.

Did this behavior used to work in the previous version?

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Place crushing wheels and power them so they work.
Jump into them with items in your inventory.
Upon respawning all items that aren't equipped or in your hotbar are deleted.
