When the battery is (really) low (10% or less), Power Delivery is randomly falling off suddenly.

How to reproduce
- Discharge the laptop so that the battery level is below 10%.
- Turn the laptop off, while the docking station is disconnected but turned on
- Plug in the docking station
- Turn on the laptop
Expected behavior
The laptop boots normally and charges normally
Actual behavior
Most of the time, the laptop boots but fails to provide power. The power LED is turning orange, off and orange again; charging seems unstable.

Charging till +50% first, which is a workaround, but an inconvenient one.
