[feature request] disable npm, allow pihole only option

Just as you made the feature to disable pihole and use NPM only I was wondering if it was possible to do the other way too? I am experimenting with Pangoin as a local reverse proxy (not exposed to internet) and would love this option as Pihole wildcard domain records seem finicky from what i looked online.

I'll need to add this feature, but the configuration will become a bit weird as you would still need to provide the IP of the reverse proxy to be used as the IP for the DNS record.

I have been waiting for an app like PlugNPiN for a while!
I also would like to disable NPM as I use Caddy webserver in reverse proxy mode with a plugin that already generates sites based on Docker labels.
So all I need is the Pihole side of things.

EDIT: well, it looks like I never searched correctly enough as it seems a few options do exist that focus on the DNS server side of things -- such as DockNS, so I might rather try those instead of asking to denaturate PlugNPiN.
