While trying to set hotkeys, I noticed that I was unable to map combinations like Alt+Enter for fullscreen or the Escape key for Quit Emulator. These are my default settings across all emulators and I'd like to be able to set the same in this one.

Do these work in the latest upstream bsnes? If not, please request it there. It's outside of my skills.
