Issue: [RailgunnerGitsGud] Only affects host

I was hoping that this mod would affect everyone playing Railgunner in the game - we all have the mod - but it only seems to affects the host. It'd be great if it worked for anyone else using the mod in the same game too.
Even if it is a silly one.
