• add a View All button to the News & Events

• Update News and Events section to have different cards similar to nasa.gov. Jacob/Seph will provide 4 different images and add to their Google Drive to be used as well as a.) text that is short in length, b.) text that is long in length. These will be an indicator for sizing issues that may occur depending on the length of the title.
