Data does not delete itself if corrupted

According to the developer's guide, corrupted data will lead to the following:
A DataLoadingException is thrown. An empty address book will be created. The following will
be logged as a warning: "Data file at " + storage.getAddressBookFilePath() + " could not be loaded."

However, the new address book does not seem to be created. As reloading the application again still provides the same error.

Steps to reproduce:
1)

Edit addressbook.json to have invalid values.

2. Open the application

3. Close the application after the loading is done

4. Reopen the application
   There should still be the same error message in the console stating that the data is corrupted.

Team's Response

KrustyKrab loads in with a new empty address book as shown in your diagram, given that the Person List panel and Booking List panels are both empty, and the program is designed to save upon command executions. As no commands were called, the JSON file does not update to clear out the data. This does not affect the functionality of the program as from a user perspective, the data is invalid in both cases when the application is opened, and shows the user a new address book.

Furthermore, editing the JSON file has been stated in the User Guide to cause KrustyKrab to load with an empty address book as you described in your program if the inputs are invalid.
