How create supplier invoice with specifics product regarding information from PPF

To avoid scam and spam invoicing :
Have a big red pop-up with warning : "this product does not exist ! Are you sure you have ordered something from him ?"
If no => link to the invoice and refuse manually
Maybe later : automatically refuse the invoice
