Dynamic Trees Project Vibrant Journeys 1.12.2 Request

Hey, I was wondering if you could make the few trees in the 1.12.2 version of Project Vibrant Journeys, dynamic? They aren't a lot compared to the later, modern versions. Would be really nice to have.
