Rework potions and mega variants

The Problem

Using potions for trees in general has drawbacks:

• Skirts the edge of what should be considered in scope for the base Dynamic Trees mod
• Needlessly complicated to implement in code(just one more feature to port forward)
• Potions in general are presumed to be drinkable and the concept can be confusing to players
• Should interface with other mods to have expected potion crafting functionality(think cauldrons, tanks and liquids)
• YouTube reviews generally don't cover or are confused by the tree potions.

Using potions for creating mega variants has many drawbacks and is clumsy:

• Must wait for sapling to become tree structure before potion can be applied
• Must brew potions which requires a visit to a nether fortress for a feature that is available early in vanilla(using 2x2).
• Must carry potions which don't stack and are generally annoying

The Alternative to be Discussed

Move tree potions into it's own add-on:

• Have fully realized features that integrate well with other mods
• Solves the scope creep issue
• Potions are not important for the basic functioning of the base DT mod(bonemeal to fertilize, slime to defertilize)
• People who love the feature can install the add-on
• If the add-on isn't popular then we'll know that the feature sucks and it can be discontinued.
• Splash or lingering versions of potions? Maybe...? Could be useful for automation.
• Less work for base DT when porting to new MC versions
• Less code in base DT means fewer DT bugs(Deleted code is debugged code)
• Potion of Transformation is buggy and sometimes unpredictable(tree to cactus for instance)
• Recommend not adding to DT+ add-on

Replacement methods to create mega variants(one needs chosen):

• Make mega species types fully realized species with their own seed and seed drop(most natural approach in the DT spirit).
• Apply seeds to DT saplings (sneak click with matching seeds to consume 3 seeds) to make a mega variant sapling(most vanilla parity)
• Craft a mega species seed in the crafting table with 4 seeds(most convenient but nonsensical).
• Other method not listed here?

Other updates to improve this concept:

• DT sapling blocks could be updated such that mega variants are larger in size to reflect that it's mega.
• Dark Oak saplings can take this form to indicate that it's already mega.
