xz - lmza support

pls. add xz - lmza support to the importer.
OpenPLi has currently added it. Still in testing phase.
But it is the intent to supply the EPG data in compressed xz files.

Needed for this to run are
libc6 (>= 2.24)
liblzma5 (5.2.2-r0)
python-lzma

Nobody maintains this. This is is why there are pull requests over 5 years old.

Not sure if anybody even builds from here.

This will mean the end of crossepg support by rytec then by the end of the year.....

FYI, OE-A images build from here https://github.com/oe-alliance/e2openplugin-CrossEPG

But why wait till end of year? Almost all images have/can use EPG/XMLTV importer.
