[Investigation] Stations that are US embassies show duplicated data.

Sites with the "US Diplomatic Post" Prefix often duplicate data of the site without the prefix (Or vice versa)
e.g. sites "Astana" and "US Diplomatic Post: Astana"

Yangon
Kuwait City
Astana
Algiers
Ulaanbaatar

Issue seems to date back to more than month. On the odd occasion one measurement site will have a few extra points that the other one doesn't have at the end/start
