Tarball overview of staging PRs is sometimes incomplete

This often happens when a software tarball also includes other files (e.g. updated hooks file). See for instance https://github.com/EESSI/staging/pull/2406, which should have listed eb_hooks.py too.

Hmm, that particular staging PR does actually include:

2023.06/init/easybuild/eb_hooks.py

So I'm not sure what the issue is here...
