DNS cache for Stratum 1

The CVMFS documentation recommend to have a DNS cache on the Stratum 1, using dnsmasq or bind:

The Ansible role that we have doesn't include this at the moment.

I wonder if there is a reason they don't recommend systemd-resolve. I'll ask if it's just old docs.
