PRIDE file-getter does not download .atx files

ERROR:

Prepare IGS ANTEX file: igs20_2375.atx ... error: PrepareProducts: failed to download ANTEX file: igs20_2375.atx please download from https://files.igs.org/pub/station/general/pcv_archive/igs20_2375.atx to .../PRIDE-PPPAR/table/ for processing

We need to include a way to identify and download the correct .atx file from igs.
