Run Extensive Test on Windows Operating System #109
Description
Rover has been built to work on a windows operating system, but it has not been tested on Windows. Extensive testing needs to be done to see how ROVER behaves on a windows system. Can it download onto windows through PYPI? The Windows version and configuration needs to be defined. Does ROVER work on a windows command prompt? Does ROVER work with a bash prompt embedded into Windows? Documentation needs to be updated.
