Brief Description of the Issue

EAL Implant not allowing me to speak EAL

What you expected to happen

I expected to be able to speak EAL after the implant

What actually happened

I could not speak EAL after the implant

Steps to reproduce

Create an organic character that knows the EAL language, go to the loadout utility tab and spawn with the EAL implanter, inject then attempt to speak the language using the ",6" preface
