What is the issue?

Running npx @effect/tsgo setup in monorepos does not work (at least for me) and there are not clear set up instructions in the readme.

Could you please provide more info of what did not work, what your choices where and how is your monorepo structured? Unfortunately without more infos is hard to tell what went wrong
