Source of swiss-prot_metadata.tsv.gz in app.py

Hi team,

I am following the README to get the dashboard up and running but the source of the swiss-prot_metadata.tsv.gz file is eluding me. The uniprot website only has txt, xml, and fasta files available. Is the tsv.gz file generated somewhere in the codebase? I'm starting from step 3 since I was using one of the premade SAE's. Thanks!

more than a year has passed since your question, so it might not be relevant anymore, but nonetheless:
I am not part of the InterPLM research team, but I am working on a paper using some of their methods and I created the protein tsv archive file using a small python script.

Feel free to use and modify it.
