dev-lang/mono-4.8.0.524

Do we need to upgrade to mono 5.x ?

This is after the initial cert install, but it still gives the warning:

Steve, thanks for the report. Are you seeing this issue when you try to hit the cert environment or production or both? I ask as we had a certificate update (with a new cert from DigiCert) in our cert environment today. That said, the original GeoTrust cert put back in place a short time ago. If this is the cert environment, can you try again and let us know?
