grpc: Add proper keysend message support

The keysend rpc (https://docs.corelightning.org/reference/lightning-keysend) allows to set extratlvs, which allows to send a message with keysend.

This is fine, but neither listInvoices (https://docs.corelightning.org/reference/lightning-listinvoices) nor listsendpays (https://docs.corelightning.org/reference/lightning-listsendpays) return any information about extratlvs.

In BitBanana in the transaction history I want to display the keysend message for sent and received payments if there was any.

Any chance this gets added? Would be very helpful for a good User Experience.
