Chemistry needs to be truncated.

Before next playtest:
- Remove basically all advanced chems
- Put Derma, Bicar, Tricor, Cryox and Epi in Smartfridge
- Heavily trim chemvend
- Heavily trim chem dispenser

I give emo and the other maints full permission to bonk my head in on Thursday or Friday to remind me to do this.
