Many (most?) Observables will use the same LogicalMeasurement all the time. Setting up defaults for these means we can skip including that info when defining PlatformCompositions - instead, the PlatformComposition can realize a ConceptualComposition. This would also assume that the rolename and bounds are specified by the default or are assumed to match the ConceptualComposition.
