Slash Commands?

Slash commands would be awesome for people (me) who don't know poi's commands.

There are still various things that I'd have to check with that...
Some of them including how slash commands would be handled if the user actually doesn't have sufficient permissions to use them, it would be kinda pointless that it still shows up then (or is even auto-completable)
Also the fact that it might result in conflicts when running the production build alongside the development build in the same server.
There are also some other technical things that need to be looked into as well, but there are imho things that have a much higher priority rn.

That being said, I'll keep the issue open so we don't forget about it at least...
