Actual Behavior

Menu items included in a calcite-menu that has layout="vertical" do not show any visual feedback to the user when hovered with the mouse, giving the impression that they are not interactive elements.

Expected Behavior

Menu items should provide a visual indication that they can be selected when hovered over with the mouse. This was the behaviour prior to release 3.0.0.
