Re implement unit tests and setup a CI flow

@crisgarner implemented a testing structure at
https://github.com/buidl-honduras/HackathonMunon/blob/master/test/Hackathon.js

But we stopped maintaining it. It would be nice to update them and connect them with travis or something.
