We need user accounts for the system.

After that we could move forward with internal hosting that has already been discussed with @mluukkai

User accounts - OAuth 2.0 or "local" users? Or could this be an integration with University of Helsinki authentication system?

I think we discussed about an integration with University of Helsinki authentication system. However, I think our university uses OAuth as well. At least AI claims the following.
