The reports do not contain data

I can't understand why I`m getting email reports that do not contain data (they are empty). For example "Users already expired" report.
'Find-PasswordExpiryCheck' function successfully returns information about expired accounts:

But the report received by email is empty:

'PasswordNotRequired' is "False" for all domain users. User accounts in this case are enabled and expired:

Other reports do the same with zero values. I tested on two different independent Active Directory domains, the result is the same in both cases.

I would be very grateful for any help)
