Action Performed:

1.Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com in incognito mode
2. Login with an expensifail account
3. Create a workspace
4. Navigate to More Features
5.Enable Company Cards
6.Navigate to Company Cards
7. Select Add cards
8. Select American Express
9.Select American Express Business Cards

Expected Result:

A window opens to the American Express website to sign in where the user is prompted to enter credentials from 1Password

Actual Result:

An error appears when the user is redirected to the American Express website in incognito mode
