Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Log in with Expensifail account.
• Create a Collect workspace.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace settings > More features.
3. Enable Rules.
4. Go to workspace settings > Categories.
5. Open any category.

Expected Result:

Rules feature such as Description hint, Approver and Create new rule section should be shown because Rules are enabled.

Actual Result:

Rules feature such as Description hint, Approver and Create new rule section are missing when Rules are enabled.
The features are only shown after upgrading workspace to Control.
