RUST: IO/OS problem blocks CI #272
Description
It seems we have a critical issue that can potentially block anyone in CI, because IO/OS problems are now occurring in CI. Previously, we had other IO/OS errors with different code problems (check the linked issues) tied to local limitations (which is why many of us couldn’t run all Casper in the local environment), but CI worked fine. I’ve just hit something similar (code problem 11, can't reproduce this code with local run), but now within CI — https://github.com/F1R3FLY-io/f1r3node/actions/runs/19712286908/job/56476699397?pr=269
