INFO response for error

Docs for INFO command in the second paragraph says:

No ERROR response is allowed.

but then in the third it says:

If the expected size of the document would exceed the limit, a JSON packet 
with error response would be sent.

Allowing error json responses and removing the "No ERROR response is allowed." verbage is probably the correct interpretation?
