orderby timespancount/timespancount_desc only applies to the extent endpoint

The documentation indicates that `orderby=timespancount_desc` and `orderby=timespancount` are both valid options for the query and extent endpoints, but these only apply to the extent endpoint. The query endpoint output has no concept of timespancount.
