Please register to vote here by stating your name and institution so that your GitHub handle can be correctly associated.

Rules determining voting eligibility:

• Any number of persons from any institution are welcome to contribute to the discussion, but only one person per FDSN institution should vote on each issue (Institutions should coordinate internally on this).
• Current FDSN institutions are indicated at http://www.fdsn.org/membership/
• Candidates for voting should have registered to vote by 29 January in advance of final vote by 31 January.

@rbbbenson @chad-iris Please coordinate who will cast the votes for IRIS. Only one vote per FDSN institution is allowed for each requirement.

@djeastonca The current rule is that each FDSN institution can cast one vote per requirement. I do see that instrument manufacturers are currently not represented and I would be open to discuss it but I cannot make the decision.
