reference data with long source id

Would be very helpful to have reference data example files where the source identifier doesn't fit in the old NSLC 2/5/2/3 length scheme. Likely these length changes will uncover software that expects old style lengths.

Perhaps duplicate one of the sinusoid files but set the identifier to be:

FDSN:XX2025_BIGGYSTA_01234567_H_XYZ_Z

Also would be helpful to have example with missing subsource code as that is allowed to be empty, and maybe location code as well, so:

FDSN:XX2025_BIGGYSTA__L_XYZ_
