0.19.1.1 binaries, tarfiles missing

The latest release does not contain the tar.gz and exe files.

Previous releases used to contain these files that I (and I guess other users, too) rely on.

Latest release includes changes for those that build manually. Binaries from the previous release can be used by those that require them.

Just a quick question, regarsds of those binaries that are missing, we are building from tar.gz and exe files as well , but they are missing now so we have to redo our build process. Will this be included with the next version or from now on this what we have to work with.
