How is OpenSpec different from AgentOS?

Found the following project that tries to set SOPs along side feature planning, would this be comparable to OpenSpec? https://github.com/buildermethods/agent-os

Looks pretty comparable to me, difinitely no need to use both together. Most obvious difference being it uses a bash script to install files in the home directory instead of a Typescript script to install files in a project directory.
