Isolated task files and storing planning artifacts outside codebase

Without these two things, this project is largely just for solo developers who don't care too much about steering.

• Tasks as line items in a tasks.md just means super vague implementation detail ?
• Planning artifacts that live in the codebase means noise and friction with teams that don't use openspec or AI at all.
  • It also means that using gitworktrees is very troublesome
