Creating a custom Blockchain Timestamping Service...

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Due to a possible breach in the Originstamp TOS and no support reply so far, an alternative needs to be found (I don't plan and screwing around and finding out if it's a TOS violation or not)

Describe the solution you'd like

• Creating a timestamping service that works with multiple blockchains but least ETH & BTC
• It needs to be cheap to run
• The actual blockchain part needs to be as small as possible since I'm no expert
• E-Mails need to be generated in the decentproof-backend
• Needs to be opensource

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Using a different service, but they seem to be mostly not based in the EU and I'm not sure if they cover the use case

Additional context

• This will be a pain to develop and I can push the release further back again... yeay...
• At least I got a great name: BTS => Blockchain Timestamping System
• It will be it's own repository

For now only a L2 Blockchain will be supported due to cost.

Apperantly it's possible to release the app with originstamp. The other repo will be developed if there is enough demand for it.
