Doesn't seem to pull new data at all. Randomly shows new Tweets. Then not showing anything new for a couple of hours.

Problem exists at twitter API, not with us.

Yet a solution has to be found. I'm sure other Twitter apps do not have this delay.

The turtle should refresh each minute. We should track what response we get when this happens.
