Select closest available quality if configured is not available

If I configure YouTube Quality for 144 but 144 is not available then YouTube autoselect kicks in, typically selecting the highest available quality. I would prefer YouTube Quality instead select the closest available quality to that configured, 240 for example.

Perhaps, in addition to the numerical options, "highest" and "lowest" should be added. This will fix the above problem as well as allow for YouTube adding higher resolution options in the future.

Yeah this is a problem. Currently the extension will lower the quality if the selected one is not available. When it gets to the end it will just give up. Thanks for pointing this out.
