Research: Different Limits in Different Regions #67
Description
As mentioned in a comment on the reddit thread here: https://www.reddit.com/r/aws/comments/1ouxdup/comment/nog6key/ by user JudinousV2, there may be different limits per region.
Most of aws-size's testing was done in us-east-1.
This will be research to check if there are differences in different regions and if so could result in either code changes and/or documentation changes.
