Gate Criteria

• Submission directory validator checks all required files
• CSV structure and value range validators functional
• JSON schema validator checks all required fields
• Consistency validator recomputes EPI within tolerance
• Metadata completeness check works
• Validation report generates structured JSON output
• 10+ test cases covering valid and invalid submissions

Sign-off

• All gate criteria met
• Reviewed by project lead
• Ready to proceed to next phase
