[SPIKE] brainstorm design updates

We want to re-design the website a bit, but we're developers, not designers so let's not go crazy. Hopefully a little can go a long way. Let's use this ticket's comments as a location for tracking some ideas for how to spruce up the UtahJS website with small and effective updates.

Once we have a decent idea of what it is we want to do we can cut separate tickets for each piece of work involved

HOMEPAGE IDEAS
A couple quick-fire thoughts:

• The rainbow buttons feel over the top and unfocused, maybe we can pick a more cohesive color scheme the reflects "Utah" and "JS"
• A lot of the buttons serve redundant purposes with the top nav. Maybe we can break out some of the more interesting buttons into small page sections (have a section for the youtube channel with an embedded video for example)
• A lot of the "other tech groups" we link to in that section haven't had meetups in over 1-2 years, we should clean that up
• The hero image section feels a little dated, maybe we can get some inspiration from other sites (feel free to post screenshots below if you come across something cool)
